Gaming PC freezes in game and doing normal tasks like chrome etc.

Hi guys I built my gaming pc around 4 months ago and it freezes in game and doing easy tasks like chrome etc.
My PC specs are: Rzyen 5 2600, GTX 1050TI, 8GB 2400MHz Corsair vengeance ram, A320M PRO-VH PLUS Motherboard, Games installed on HDD and Windows 10 Home on SSD. Ive tried factory resetting my PC and still nothing improved. I get expected FPS for my specs but freezes in game and doing easy tasks. Ive updated all my drivers and BIOS and still no improvements. Please if you know what may be the problem help would be appreciated

You can reseat the CPU and GPU by taking them out and putting them back in.

what do you mean when the test finished it saved pictures to my computer

when you open it take a picture on test page and post it also try the same before test end will give info on visual to the software page readings .

do you have another psu around you could try for test to many fluctuations in voltages on cpu and gpu .
