What's your budget? And what country do you live in and currency do you use? Perhaps I can suggest a build? That is, if you don't mind. I have no issues giving you critique after every revision though. :)

i live in the U.S.A In California my budget is around 700$ we use Dollars $$$

A small bottleneck, but it'll be fine for most games.

will that be able to run games at high rest like BF3? or will i need a bigger budget for that?

Depends on the resolution that you play at. What's your screen resolution? It would be nice to have an extra $30 budget to add in a CPU Cooler so that you can overclock the CPU to 4.0GHz. Then you'll be fine.

my screen res is 1920x1080 and i can make a extra 30$ but what intel is it competing against? the AMD Phenom II X4?

also can i still use my case and all the parts will fit inside of it?

At 1080p, you'll be able to play at 50-60 fps on ultra. I'm not sure what you mean by "what intel is it competing against". Those two questions make no sense. And yes, everything can fit inside your case.
