Gaming PC Help with CPU and Graphics Card

Hi I have a ASUS G20 Republic of Gamers Desktop and I usually play FFXIV but as of late if been dropping frames during raiding and heating up quite a bit. I%27ve already cleaned it with a duster and replaced the thermal paste so i'm not sure what i can do. Please help. Here is what speecy is saying as of this moment.

Do you see the same temps reflected when viewing the results in BIOS? Speaking of BIOS are you on the latest BIOS revision? I would suggest that you try and use DDU to uninstall your GPU drivers and reinstall with the latest offered by Nvidia.
