I'm building a gaming PC, but I wan't too stay under 200$ for every part, so I guess I'm on a budget, but I need to know if I have everything I need and if all the parts I have already selected will work together, I will be upgrading in the future, but for now I'm limited

I am little confused about your rig:

1. Do u watch Blu-Ray movies so often?

2. What do u use your rig for? For gaming? For programming? Video editing?..

3. And why using such an expensive case? Your CPU isn't a huge heat source!

4. Why using Windows 7 Pro. Usually Windows 7 Home Premium or Windows 8 Standard is enough for your need.

U prefer Intel so I picked u one, which is stronger than your previous i5-4430

Unless u purchase -K version unlocked multiplier CPU, otherwise a H87/B85 mobo is enough for standard i5 CPU.

GTX 660 is now weaker than GTX 760 (chart: GTX 660 < HD 7870 < HD 7950 < GTX 760) so I put the saved budget from case and mobo to the much stronger GTX 760.
(P.S: The total budget depends on how to manage your parts. It's not realistic that u put all the parts under / stays at exactly the price limit such as "under $200")

Well just a duel cd/bluray player, who knows i might need it one day, For gaming and graphic design, I just want a nice looking case it isn't too much for me, and Windows 7 Home premium does sound like a better choice, Thanks for the recommendations! My budget was too stay under 200$ for each part maybe over just a little for cpu gpu or motherboard, can a midtower fit everything well? Because in the future instead of buying a new case i was just going to do some major upgrading. I do say that those prices are much better i kinda just wanted the quality for my buck, I was going to go with a cheaper graphics card but the processor would have to be higher so it could put the card to its full potential.

But my build would be slightly over a 1000$ which I wouldn't mind, but overall, I could spend more on cpu gpu and motherboard and less on the case power supply and ram.

If u tend to graphic design...I would recommend u FX-8320 instead 'cause it has more thread to handle, and of course it's much cheaper than i7-3700K/4700K.

Let me work out 15-20 minutes to config a future proof 8-core build

I finally know why u'r going for Win7 Pro, u wanna upgrade to 32GB RAM in the future.

If u tend to enthusiast OC, the liquid cooler helps but if u wanna stay where u'r even the stock cooler is enough.

850W PSU helps u build future Crossfire HD 7950. Though GTX 760 is slightly better in gaming however, 384-bit memory bandwidth and 3GB vRAM will help u a lot in graphic design. So as the 8-core FX-8350 CPU, suitable both in gaming (esp. multiplayer BF3 and Crysis3) and designing and rendering.

AH! I really don't want too do a low budget build, I want my moneys worth, I'd really like too be able too play any fps on high settings with 1080p, I don't really play Crysis, but time too start saving, I would love too have 32gb of RAM, Should I buy my parts 1 by 1 like buy the case (i really want a full tower) buy the case first obviously then go motherboard and cpu, then RAM and gpu, then hard drive and power supply, anything else like extra fans more ram will be later on, should i just get it all at once or go 1 by 1?

If u go one by one, there is still no rig for ya. And r'u sure u need so high specs? It's not a budget build anymore, in the forum it willl be considered enthusiast gaming rig. Mine only costs $700+ and if I were in the US, it will be less than $700.

Wanna play high, then use the liquid cooler and push the freq to 4.5+ Ghz

When u have money u could consider adding another 16GB RAM

u could add another GTX 770 to form SLI, the PSU is strong enough to hold three GTX 770.

So don't tell me that's a "low budget" rig anymore. If u have plenty of money u could go and buy a $2000-3000 Alienware anyway.
