No its not good, its a weak dual core system from AMD. some people still get away with strong intel dual cores like pentium g328 or an i3 but i say even those days are coming to an end with newer games eating up more resources and being more multi threaded. Avoid this system OP, avoid it like jehova witnesses at the door.

Save up more money. what websites can you buy from? you are comfortable putting the whole thing together piece by piece? i think you can and should plan this out better.

You only need 700 or 800 for a real BEAST.
