Or you know any other trusted shop with a good gaming desktop I don't know how to build one so I have to buy one already windows and everything.
I will spend 700£ and I will also buy a monitor with that budget please give me advices.

Do you use to buy things on Amazon? If yes how can I know if I can trust in the seller of this PC and how much time it will take to come?

I have used Amazon many times. Amazon has good customer support. If there is a problem with the product of the seller, I would trust Amazon to resolve it. I'm not sure how to tell about shipping other than ask the seller how they will ship.

I should mention that Amazon has a seller marketplace. If you are buying from the marketplace and it's not fulfilled by Amazon, then you would likely have a more difficult time dealing with customer support and may not have the same protections as a buyer.
