Hello 1st off i have:
AMD Ryzen 7 2700 8 core
16 Gbs RAM
Geforce rtx 2060 super
so with this load out i am still having problems playing games without lag my internet is 130 download and 15 upload...specifically i am having problems with COD Warzone i think its in game settings but ive played around and cant seem to get it it runs fine but i just keep studdering from time to time and it it tough to play on and very frustrating any input would be greatly appreciated also after monitoring my task manager it appears my game isnt using alot of my GPU only about 0-2% not sure if there is an issue there or not.
