I just got about $290, and I want to buy the cheapest PC out there.
I got an expensive case, so I should be able to expand and upgrade to make this better, when I finally get a job.

Are you guys able to give me some pointers on how to upgrade this, and make it a bit better?
I am using it to play Minecraft, Don't Starve, Terraria, and games like that, so I don't need a GPU quite yet. So, if you are feeling up to it, are you able to give me some upgrades, and keep me under $290 that would be great!
I already have the OS, Keyboard, Mouse, and Monitor btw

Thanks!!

4Gbs is fine for now on those games, you can add another 4 stick for 8 later on. The integrated graphics on the pentium really won't quite cut it for minecraft. This i3 will run it fine and still serve you well later on in modern games.

Even then, you should REALLY keep saving your money until you have around $600-700, otherwise you're "wasting money" on hardware you have to part with anyways later on. Nearly everything about your computer (besides the ram) will be weak when you want to upgrade later on.

Still, here's the best I can do on your budget:

I wish I could afford to put $600-$700 in a PC, but I am not able to. With my current job, that would take me about half a year, and I think my grandparents are moving before that, so I would not be able to mow their grass.
But, I like everything in your build, but I might use the case I was using before, and a different PSU (Superbiiz charges like $10 for shipping to my house).
Thank you!

The CPU is usually over $100, and I don't want to change the case and memory

Kind of a lot worse, that CPU is the BEST you can ever put in the motherboard, and it's really not very good.
You can put an i7-4790 in mine (though that would be a waste as an i5 is all you need, the point is you have the option)
Also, minecraft and your other games don't care about how many cores you have, just how good your strongest core is, and well the i3 about 30% stronger than that a10.
