[SOLVED] Gaming PC lagging ad stuttering in offline mode

So recently I moved and I dont have internet yet. I tried to play my games in offline mode and for an example I cant even get the cursor in wither 3 to press start its lagging so bad. I've never had this issue before as I've played when the internet went out before. I have a 2080 ti and an i7. Its all my games to cant play anything. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated. That was the problem I had the monitor hooked up to the wrong port thanks
