Hi guys I don't know much about pc builds but I want to buy a secondhand pc . Can you guys tell me if it's good or not

Psu: Corsair 850W
CPU: Intel Core i7 3770K 3,5 GHz - Unlocked (Ivy Bridge)
CPU kylare: Corsair Cooling Hydro H60
Mobo: Asus P8Z77-V Premium
RAM: 16GB (4x4GB) DDR3 2000MHz
Gpu ASUS GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB OC
Hdd #1: OCZ SSD 120GB
Hdd#2: WD 750GB Black edition
I know that the gpu is not very good right now ,but what about the cpu and mobo? I was thinking about upgrading the gpu. The guy wants about 494usd
This will Also be my first real pc I had an old desktop with 256mb gpu it was basically useless to play games on

That's not a bad setup. Low end gaming with that GPU but the CPU and Motherboard are good. Make sure everything is working and it comes with a legitimate copy of Windows.
