Gaming PC: Motherboard selection help

I'm considering Asus Z87-Sabertooth and Z87-Maximus VI Formula to replace my current board. I want serious gaming board. Current system specs are:

Intel DH87MC
Intel core i7 4770
Corsair Dominator Platinum 32GB 1866 MHz
CM PS 525w
CM Storm Scout 2 Chassis
EVGA NVidia GTX 660 (Planning to upgrade when upcoming maxwell series GPUs from NVidia will be released)

Any thought which MB to choose and why. I've read so many reviews, pros and cons of each that has left me in the middle indecisive.

bro don't buy either of them if you like want the asus boards for no reason for example u like asus board then get the VI-formula otherwise i highly suggest that u go with this board it will satisfy all of your needs and its alot cheaper save the extra money for some other part

Pl give option from Asus. My intentions are to buy a really good one MB for atleast 4-5 years from now onwards. My preference is Asus pl

After the release of Maxwell series from nvidia in March-Apr 2014. Their availability in my country would be made like in Jul-Aug.

well then don't upgrade ur power supply as its enough for ur current gpu when u buy the maxwell gpu u can upgrade it then
