Gaming Pc Noob. Need Help For build

Hi!. I am a noob when it comes to building a pc. I have been playing more and more pc over the last year or so and i have saved up around 1500$ Candadian Dollars (CAD) for a gaming desktop. I am extremely new to this and was wondering if anyone could help me start a system build. I do not need any peripherals as I have a razer keyboard, a mouse, a headset and a monitor.

FYI: I intend to play games like The Witcher 3, Fallout 4, and graphically intense games while streaming from time to time or recording youtube videos often. I would like to get as much fps in those games while the game looks 1080p or higher at the same time.

The parts don't all need to match as long as most of them fit a white and light blue theme. I would like a decent looking white case as well.

I am also hoping to play alot of the new pc games being released because i want to become 100% more pc based instead of console.Dishonored 2, doom, tom clancy ghost recon wildlands. just to keep in mind.

I'll try to do a 1100 usd build, which is equal to 1500 cad.
Expect to see it tomorrow if not today.

Never mind never mind, here's the final one, I changed the hdd with an sshd, which is 10x faster(kinda)
