Hey, I don't have much knowledge about this kind of stuff so bare with me..
Not very much to explain but for the fact that I have a gaming PC that is performing pretty badly in games. I mostly play Fortnite at the moment and I generally have pretty low fps there with all the graphics settings to the lowest and even trying to play at a lower resolution than 1920x1080.
The PC has a program called "Gaming Center" Where I can set certain features such as "Silent mode" or "Gaming mode" etc. But whenever I switch from Silent mode to Gaming mode, the fans go crazy and make a lot of noise! Doesn't sound normal at all, it's extremely loud. (can provide screenshots of how it looks at the moment)
So I'm kinda lost here, don't know what to do since the computer is supposed to run games at high fps but I'm stuck at low fps.
Specs:
PC: MSI Nightblade mi2
OS: Windows 10, 64-bit
RAM: 8 GB
Processor: Intel Core i5-4460S
Graphics Card: Nvidia Geforce GTX 960
I have also tweaked the Nvidia 3D settings for maximal performance. (can provide screenshot)
Not sure what else to put here.
Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks
