Gaming PC on budget :(

Hey guys, I wanted to ask something to you guys, maybe some of you won't even care, but i really appreciate anyone who tried to help

First of all I really wanted to use a Pcpartpicker web, but It was really unfortunate for me, because in my country the price of a thing or two is maybe 20-25% higher than the price from US.
I know it was a real pain in the ass having the fact that my country technology information is pretty bad, but i really love my country

Second, some of you may Suggest me to buy it from amazon, but the tax is to damn high even up to 100% tak and shipping 🙁

So... the number of price here is based on Indonesian Rupiah, which the moment I made this post is around Rp. 13.500 / 1USD

I really wanted to made a good and decent gaming at 1080/900p gaming with decent fps, maybe some vid editing
My budget is below Rp. 10.000.000 for the tower

I don't know which GPU is good 🙁

Unfortunately Team Xtreem ram is the cheapest among the other like patriot, gskill, ripjaws, corsair etc
I dont want to buy shitty ram that manufactured somewhere in the depths of jungle 🙁
