I would go with the Fractal Design Define R4. What I like about it is that it isn't super flashy it has more of a elegant look to it and its super easy to build within it. It already had removable dust filters with it for easy cleaning of the case and is overall a solid case. I feel unless you are going to place in a custom loop or even perhaps a large amount of Hard Drives a full tower case is probably something you can go without which the Stryker is.

I would take a look around in terms of motherboards. I wouldn't spend 200 dollars on the Sabertooth board. Spending a ton on a motherboard at this point does not give you much in terms of performance returns. I would personally find a motherboard from ASUS, MSI, or ASROCK, and even...
I would go with the CM Storm Stryker case. Also, try to go for a Haswell build. Ivy Bridge parts are starting to fall away. Go with a MSI Z87-G45 Motherboard and an Intel i5-4670K. Other then that I think your build is fine.

I would personally find a motherboard from ASUS, MSI, or ASROCK, and even possibly Gigabyte that has a POST LED the G45 does not where as the G65 does and its a little cheaper then the Sabertooth board. Keep in mind as well with that AIO water cooler that you may want to check the compatibility with the cooler as the radiator is larger then the other AIO coolers that normally get installed by most. I have a h100i and it fits just fine but your cooler is larger.

And I'd say you can save a little on memory 8 gigabytes is more then sufficient for just gaming if you do professional work which includes rendering more memory could be useful.
