If you want an opinion then here's mine.
Get faster RAM, better priced NVME, better priced option CPU, and better PC case.

Choice of motherboard is whatever honestly, but the one you picked is more or less fine (the Tomahawk would be better but only if it's in stock)

Overall good luck, as everything in any of these builds may not be in stock by the end of the month. As it is right now the power supply isn't in stock.
And neither is the monitor as far as PCPP is concerned (because there's no price and link for it)
