Gaming PC Performance and upgrade opinions.

Hello, I bought my PC at bestbuy and upgraded certain parts because I was getting low fps on low end games. But recently I have been playing Valorant, Rainbow Six Siege, Other FPS games, and my I ran a test online and I am way over the minimum requirements but I still experience very low fps I should be getting 60-140 FPS, But I am only experiencing 30-60 FPS. I am unsure on what I should upgrade or if there are anyways I can fix this problem with out buying new parts. I tried reinstalling windows. Changing my NVIDIA settings, Watching videos on how to get better performance and nothing has helped much any suggestions? Thanks for your time.

Your CPU was not amazing 6 years ago when it released. It has not aged like fine wine.
I would suspect this is your issue.

Are there any FM2+ Socket processors that are good? I tried looking and I wasn't sure
