So, after many calculations, here is my final gaming pc:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600
CPU Cooler: Stock one from the CPU
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 1070 Windforce OC
RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury Black 2x8GB DDR4 2133MHz
Case: Zalman Z1 Neo ATX MidTower

Without planning to overclock in the future, is the Cooler Master V650 Semi-Modular a good PSU for gaming?

Solution
If you already have that PSU, then, yes, you can use the V650 SM.

If you are to buy a PSU, consider a better-quality such as the EVGA SuperNova G2 550 (550W) and/or Corsair RM550x (550W). The ~550W is more than enough for that system, considering OC already and future upgrades (except multi-GPU setups).
