Hi i was wondering if anyone thinks that this PC (HP Pavilion Power 580-015na Gaming PC) Is a decent beginners pc for gaming. It has an intel I5 7400 processor and a NVIDIA GTX 1050 graphics card. I have asked previous people if this pc could run certain games which it apparently can but i want to know if the pc is decent as a first gaming pc overall. I am also look for fast FPS in games not Ultra graphics in games on STEAM such as RUST, SPACE ENGINEERS and FALLOUT SHELTER.

How much is it? It is certainly not a high end system, but it's decent for 1080p gaming if the price is right. Usually company's like HP charge way over the actual value of the components in the system, especially if they are calling it a "gaming pc".

ill admit its a lot and I'm buying it from currys pc world as buying it straight from hp cost too much but I'm buying it for 600 as its on sale from an original price of 800

Yeah it should do it pretty well, oh sorry i didn't read or you added the games.

I added them because of your question

If it's a older laptop then I'm sure this will be a good upgrade. The only game that might be a bit harder to run is Rust since it's Early Access but if you adjust the settings it should be more then playable. Since this is a prebuilt I would highly recommend removing any bloatware as HP has a good habit of putting stuff on there systems that's not needed. Also update the graphics driver (Nvidia) and as long as you keep it dust free the system should be good for awhile.
