Hi I'm getting a gaming pc and i was wondering if someone could tell me about SSD and HDD STORAGE. I understand what they are but i need to know what i should get in my gaming pc when it comes to that kind of storage. I'm considering getting something with 2TB of HDD and about 400 - 500 GB of SSD is that good? thanks

Solution
So you would pt OS system and game son SSD and files and download and such on the HDD. A SSD allows things to open easier and run smoother when first launched.. It's a personal decision.

Jankerson is correct, but what I do is I have a 240gb PCIe M.2 SSD that I have Windows and basic programs on, a 500gb Samsung 850 EVO for games, and a random Samsung traditional hard drive for storage. I have a server with about 10TB of storage so I don't need much on my gaming machine.

but having both like what i said will it run games well
