I put together a list of parts for a gaming PC that I will soon get, here is the list: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/swp1207/saved/Xmxqqs
I have a few questions about the build,

1. Did I choose all good parts?
2. Is the PSU any good, or should I choose something else?
3. The GTX 750 Ti I chose is about $20 less than the EVGA FTW version, is it worth spending any more for a different version, or is the SC still good for gaming? (I wont be overclocking or anything)

If anyone is able to answer my questions, it would really help me out a lot, thanks guys.

ok thanks guys, but the 960 is even more than the FTW, so if I can't get the FTW, why would I get a 960? I will probably just stay with the one I have since I am on a budget, I can always upgrade in the future. But is the power supply I chose good too, and what am I able to upgrade to with the 500w?

I would look for GTX 970/GTX 770 used on ebay .... 2G GDDR5 is very low for modern games. make sure it is 4G GDDR5 version in case of GTX 770 , you can find them as low as $120

Edit : some nice picks

GTX 770 (2G GDDR5) 1hr left

GTX 680 4G GDDR5 (same speed of GTX 770) 11 hr left

Tom's PSU Tier List has that one as a tier 3. Not bad, but not good either. You are probably fine as you say you are not interested in overclocking. http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

As far as upgrades, you should be able to go up to a GTX 970 with a 500w PSU.

The 750 ti is actually a fantastic GPU for the price so go ahead and get that one for now. You are going to want to upgrade though and mate you CPU with an appropriate GPU someday.

EVGA PSUs are usually really good quality, and considering the power draw of your components, 500w should do for a while.

ok, thanks a lot for all the replies! you all really helped me out with my research, I think for now I am sticking with a 750 Ti because I looked for benchmarks on youtube with the same parts I am getting and the FPS and settings are just what I need. I will probably get a 970 in the future, would the i5-4460 still be good with it or should I get the 4690 or even an i7?
