Honorable
If you're going with a closed-loop cooler, you should really go with one that comes with a 240mm radiator, such as the H100i or higher. The smaller CLC's get beaten by the big air coolers. Otherwise, that sounds like a really solid build.

Given your small for factor, the H90 isn't a bad choice. I'd argue along with Scuzzy that if you're going to go under a 240mm cooler, you might be better off with a good tower cooler like the Cryorig H7 (your case supports up to 160mm). If you're planning on OCing the CPU, it may be worth it to put in a good 240mm AIO since your case seem to support it.

For reference, your build, cuz it makes it easier to detail out parts

One real question on your build.
RAM: Were you looking at the CAS 15 vs CAS 12 Savage memory? Its a $10 up charge for faster timings between them. Otherwise you might as well go with the Kingston Fury instead and save some cash for an identical part. Better still, go for G.skill 3200 at either CAS 16, or CAS 14 and get faster memory at roughly the same price.

Yo! :D I updated my description and added the Link with all of the parts.
I went for water-cooling because I have never tried it before. The only "fear" that I have that the tube does not brake, therefore destroying the Computer. What do you think ?

Water cooling is fun stuff. The H90 will do you for a while but if you want to go more hard core in to OCing you should look at a 240mm cooler that can work with your case.

As for your build up, I have two changes I'd say entertain.
1. Swap out your RAM for
http://pcpartpicker.com/product/jpH48d/gskill-memory-f43200c14d16gvk
Yes you jump up from a CAS of 12 to a CAS of 14, but with the memory speed increased as well you end up with an overall gain of about 1.25 nanoseconds. Now in reality, $8 for 1.25 NS is probably not worth it. But I figured the option should be floated out there.

2. Since your going with 2TB drives now, consider switching to a set of these. Both are rated for 24.7 use but the Hitachi has a 5yr warranty as opposed to the WD Purple with only 3. The Hitachi also uses a 7200RPM spindle where the Purple uses a 5400RPM spindle, and while the Purple has a MTBF of 1 Million hours, the Hitachi has a MTBF of 2 Million hours.

Thanks for the Update, I had a question, what do you think about Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM ?

The 2TB should be fine, tho avoid the 3TB as there has been a lot of issues with that drive. In general I like Seagate, but if you do run in to a problem their RMA process is a bit more of an issue than WD. Not sure how it compares to Hitachi since I've never had to RMA a drive with them, but since they're owned by WD I'd imagine the process would be similar. Tho to be honest, since you seem to want 24/7 operation out of your HDD (given that you orig went with WD Purples) and the warranty difference between the Barracuda and the Hitachi, I'd go with the Hitachi I linked.

Thanks, last question. I am still in doubt about a monitor. I do not want to go crazy on the money, but still not shitty quality. Do you have any opinion on a good monitor?

Unfortunately not really. My setup is for color correct imaging before gaming. That may be worth an entirely new thread.
