Hello,
I wanted to build a PC for gaming, but I am new to this and don't know much. My budget is ~$700 and I have no keyboard, mouse or display. I want to be able to play games like csgo insurgency and red orchestra 2 at ultra graphics 1080p with at least 60 fps.

For that price range I would recommend around this. This CPU+GPU combo you will be able to play those games at 60-80 FPS on Ultra with no issues. The Mouse and keyboard are low end so I might would recommend something else, but at that point it's kinda depending on taste. The only other thing I can suggest is changing the 1050ti for an RX 470/570 (they run about 160) but it would put you out of your 700 range a tad bit. Also these prices are according to if you're in the US.

I would actually prefer this one to the one I did, it has a better video card that will last you longer than the one I quoted you. Only thing I dislike is the MOBO(but that is due to my dislike towards Gigabyte boards personally).

Im using a gigabyte and i don't mind it, it get the job done. But there's nothing wrong with the msi you listed either, perfectly decent budget board.

The only thing i wasnt sure about in mine was the budget monitor as it has a 5ms response time, but i was close to budget by the time i got there lol

This is above your budget but is a decent gaming pc. I don't know if you are a student, but if you are you might be able to get Windows 10 cheaper through your your school, which could put you back in your budget range.
Should you get a build like this, keep in mind that it has 1 stick of ram, and it would perform a bit better with another identical stick of ram.
