https://prnt.sc/qhh665 its been 12 minutues since extreme test is running on 100% usage on both cpu and gpu as you can see in screenshot , the thing is my pc suddenly restarts without any warning , could it be a bad power supply ?? or just voltage fluctuations in my home?? , Sometimes i can go hours or sometimes days without any restarts , once it ran for almost 1 month without any random restarts , can you please check the screenshot and tell me the exact problem about my pc

the extreme power stability test is going on
these are the readings while stress test is on

and these are the reading at idle
https://prnt.sc/qhha5s

have a look on both screenshots

Maybe you have some under voltage on 12v rail.. i don't know, it shows 11.81v which if its true, its not good, but again, you cant trust those programs, as you need multimeter for that, its the only way to check the right volts, i suggest you to wait for more comments, as there is more qualified people than me.

What are the full pc specs?

These readings are fairly meaningless. The moment a psu goes far enough out of spec to cause a restart you have lost any record of that momentary fluctuation.

i5 4690 3.9ghz
12 gb corsair vegeance ddr3 1600 mhz
asus maximusvii ranger mobo
gtx 1060 6 gb
cooler master air cooler for cpu
1 ssd 240 gb
1 hdd 1 tb wd

restarts can be caused by drivers corrupting in memory, run memtest on your ram and if it passes then it may be that your GPU is failing (Vram)
You should have a BIOS setting that it will not restart on failure then you may actually see a BSOD which would give us a clue.
