This is my PSU:http://www.amazon.com/OCZ-Series-Fully-Modular-Performance-compatible/dp/B005SCYFRE/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1383660739&sr=8-2&keywords=ocz+750w

Do see if you can get PSUs from XFX,Seasonic or Corsair. Not sure about he reliabilty of OCZ PSUs. You'd want a rock solid PSU for a performance rig like this.
Hmm,I suppose you'll be OC'ing? 750W should be enough for moderate OC

The specs are fine. Nothing wrong with it at all. Anyways how much value for money it is depends on how much you are paying for this build?

What is your budget. It might be possible to fit in a Nvidia 780 in there which is of course a lot better than the 280X.

I would love to have a 780, but my wallet wouldn't...So i would stick with the 280x
