Gaming PC Rig about 60K (INR)

My Requirements:
1)Motherboard: Future proof (O.C. optional).
2)CPU: Intel Preferably (O.C. optional).
3)Graphic Card: having capabilities of playing 1080p.
4)Storage: HDD, if possible SSD and HDD.
5)RAM: Suggest.
6)PSU: Suggest.
7)ODD:Suggest.
8)Cabinet: Suggest.
9)Monitor: Not Required (EXCLUDE).
10)Speakers: Not Required (EXCLUDE).
11)Keyboard and Mouse: Suggest.
O.S. (softwares) not required.

Note: I would like the CPU and Motherboard to be performance oriented and future proof as well.
I hope not asking too much in this budget.

gpu- gtx 970 (ones of the best card cost like 28000rs )
cpu- i5 4460 ,13000/-
mobo - h81 gigabyte 3500/-
psu - 520w seasonic s12 , 5000/-
HDD- wd 1tb blue 4000/-
ram- 2x4gb corsair vengeance 6200/-
optical drive - 1000/- LG
cabinet - cooler master cabinet are good but kinda cost like 3k for lowest 1 .. zebronics and ibal have cheap cabinets too
u can change mobo to h97 but they cost like 8k ... and will increase ur budget .. this build will give u awesome gaming performance .. ultra setting in most of them game at 1080p.

future proof - cpu and mobo like i5 4690k or i5 4670k (17500/-) + z97 mobo (12000/-) will used up most of ur budget 30000/- of it . hdd, ram and psu will come around 15000/-.. leaving 15000/- for cards like r9 270x decent gpu but not good for gaming at 1080p with max setting .

Thanks for the configuration.
I am actually interested in the latter one.
4690K and z97=30,000
hdd, ram, psu, cabinet, odd = 15K to 18K
Even if I exclude the graphic card it sums upto 45,000\-
So now I have to figure out which Graphic card fits in the price and performance bracket.

Can't I get anything below 20K, having 1080 playback capabilities?

that cpu mobo combo is very good .. and will last u for 3 to 4 years and can handle new model gpu ... r9 270x 15000 , can play high - medium at decent frame rate ... but if u want a future proof gpu as well for modern games cheapest 1 would be r9 280 or r9 285 they are under 20k i think

Thanks man, I'll finalize the graphic card just one last thing help me finalize the motherboard tell me which one.

Is you want it to be future proof you will need to get something with DDR4

ddr4 are still in experimental process , if u compare the price ddr4 is way expensive + mobo compactable to ddr4 are expensive too .. ddr4 perform a little bit better then ddr3 base on the theory , practically its not worth buying ddr4 as they are still in their initial stage ..

we will not be seeing boards and cpus with ddr 3 anymore so there is not chance of upgrade hence not future proof as was initially requested.
