Hey Gupta,
Both brands Zotac and Gigabyte are good, Many people go for the Gigabyte as it sounds more western.
But in truth there build quality if probably similar.

I would recommend you watch someone how has reviewed them on youtube as some have coolers that make a bad
whining noises and some are ok.

What I would do is try and get a used or cheap z97 motherboard second hand with SLI
the 960 is one of the best cards to SLI in terms of what you gain.

You can almost double your speed with it.

So if you have spare money in the future, it wouldnt take much to almost double your speed.
If you can get the 4GB version, even better for newer...
You should always state your budget :)

It's best to go with the latest gen platform.
You need an SSD.
Better PSU.
Better GPU with higher factory overclock. More importantly, don;t buy a GPU with 2gb o VRAM as games are already pushing past that evben in 1080p. So 4gb is teh way to go.

I have edited the build from Hlsgsz. While its a good and solid one, I think it could be better. I choose better processor and motherboard, which will make it a little higher in price. No need for 620 W, even 500 W is more than enough for this build. And he forgot the case, which also adds in price. The SSD is a good idea to go with, as it will speedup loading windows, games and applications and faster on writing data (not fps wise). Btw, what is the budget?

I'm going to make an assumption based on your username...
are you in India?

If you are in India and you have all your parts shipped out from different supplers from the US it will add 40% + to your costs.

You will need to find one supplier. that will send there, not so easy!
then find one for all your needs and have it shipped together for a discount. .

If not buying a prebuilt budget gaming rig may be a better option.

Yes @ spencer i live in India. The components here are way too expensive than US. I cant import from US because of duty charges and shipping. My budget is tight. I will buy mother board , processor , gpu , psu , cabinet and ssd. I already have Rest of the parts like ram,hdd and optical drive. Mu budget for above mentioned things is 40000inr. Therefore i cant afford a better everything. I can make minute changes thats it. I can replace a 2gb gtc 960 with a 4gb one but is gigabyte gtx 9604gb/zotac 4gb gtx960 good? Only these 2 companies are within my budget.

You could probably get soon a used 970 for the price of a new 960, if so this will be 25% + faster without needing hassle of SLI
