Question Gaming pc running at 10 FPS

I recently moved back to college and found when trying to play games specificly overwatch it runs at 10 FPS. It was never a problem before not and it seems my other games such as skyrim are studdery as well.

I have an:
CPU-AMD A10-9700 Radeon R7, 10 compute cores 4C+6G
Graphics Card-GEFORCE GTX 1050 TI
AND 16 GB of RAM

Internet stats: download speed=88.60 upload speed=89.0 ping =14 ms
Any help would be appreciated 🙏.

Found the problem I hooked my hdmi to the stock pc not the graphics card 😐
