Gaming PC Significantly Underperforming in Specific Areas

I've put a lot of money and thought into purchasing the right parts for my gaming PC. However, despite it not performing terribly, it can barely get 60 frames in a games such as Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege, and it doesn't perform nearly as well as it should when compared to friends computers with the same parts.

As you can see here in my user benchmark: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/12604275

Both my graphics card, SSD, Hard Drive, and Overall System are performing "way below expectation" and I have no idea why.

Could it be because of my power source not providing enough power to all the parts on my computer? Could it be my motherboard? A virus? Weak Hard Drives? Any suggestions and help would be greatly appreciate.

You might improve your SSD performance by connecting it to the 6Gb ports on your motherboard. Some of the SATA ports are 3Gb.

Don't use userbenchmarks to determine if your computer is performing, IMO. It just misleads. Your 1070 is being compared to all other 1070 cards. If you haven't overclocked or have a very stock card it WILL underperform other 1070s. That isn't a bad or unexpected thing.

Thanks for the recommendation. I'll be sure to try this out. Though I do agree mostly - I'm not sure why at the top of the userbenchmark it would say my overall PC is performing poorly, and my performance in the majority of the games I'm playing isn't as good as I know it should be. Thanks again for the quick response.
