My specs:

8 gb ram
please help me

I bought my pc from a site where you just pick the parts you want in it and then they assemble it so i havent done anything since then. And its exactly one year old now

I have windows 7 and its not the internet thats causing the problem i have 100mb/s its my pc sometimes there is shockwave flash that stopps working sometimes its chrome but its so odd because i can play high performing games without any issues but when i try to go through my files its extremely slow and it stops responding and stuff could it be my power supply (500w)

What is the exact model PSU? What is the CPU and GPU?

Just right-click on the desktop. What is listed?

It could be a 3rd party context menu causing that...

Look through the programs and features (in control panel). Remove programs that aren't 'trustworthy' and that are not required for the system.

Things like toolbars, coupon printers, and the like.

You can boot to safe mode to find out if you still have the same problems. If you do not, it is probably a 3rd party piece of software causing the problems.

When i right click: the only thing that should not be there is AMD Catalyst control center
My PSU: silver power sp-ss500 500w
My CPU: Intel core i5-3330 3.00 GHZ
My GPU: sapphire readon HD 7850 1gb
i got no toolbars nothing no viruses.
oh and my operating system is on a ssd

No, nothing will change, but it will help lead you in the direction you need.

Safe Mode doesn't load everything... but it loads enough to work. This is temporary.

Let me know how Safe Mode works with the problems you're having.

Try youtube and browsing the internet and also right-clicking.

It could be a HDD problem. But if it doesn't happen in safe mode then you can rule that out.

For safe measure download a HDD test tool. Or try running chkdsk /f

Games are running fine though. It is a few select things that aren't working.
