Gaming pc that can run world of warplanes

I am looking for a mini itx gaming pc that can run world of warplanes at 30 fps minimum with a 4 core cpu at at least 30 fps.

World of Warplanes doesn't require much in the way of hardware. You could probably run it quite well on a cheap Skylake i3 and the HD 530 graphics.

Thanks, also there is world of tanks and world of warships. Are those easy to run too? I want to hit at least 35 fps.

Those games are along similar lines and will run fine on the same setup. I think these games were purposely designed to run on older an low end hardware.
