Gaming pc that competes with ps4

Hey guys I'm currently onona budget of $750 and I want to build a gaming pc that compares to a ps4 of even beats it (if possible) the catch is I want it to last me as long as the ps4 generation of at least 4 years from now running all the mattress and upcoming games on graphics and performance that's the same as the ps4 I don't need a monitor as I'll be using my 42" FHD led TV o and I would like the games to run at 1080p with the exception of some really high end games then it can run at 900p any help would be appreciated thanx.

You don't need $ 750 to beat a ps4 performance wise.

Well there is already talk that a PS5 is in the making so it may not last its 4 years you are intending .. Any pc in 500 to 600 dollar ranges custom built will beat the ps4 consoles are lacking the tech the pc has always had to offer and a lot of the games for the XBONE and PS4 ARE locked to just 30 FPS if you wasnt aware of that.
