Gaming PC Tight Budget

Hello Community,
I'm trying to build my first gaming PC but I'm on a very strict budget of $300 dollars. I have my last laptop a Dell Inspiron 15 (1545) Laptop that I can get parts from excluding the mother board. All I really want to play on the PC is League of Legends on it, and It would be really nice if I could get a constant fps on medium settings. If this isn't enough money for a acceptable build, thank you anyways for reading my post.

You would want to add a video card when you had a bit more budget. This is assuming you have a monitor/mouse/keyboard etc.

For League a 7750 would let you run near max settings at 1080p and lock in at 60fps. They are ~100.00 right now. Something like this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202002

I have one more question, do you know a decent desktop monitor that isn't that expensive?
