Gaming PC too good to be true?

I found a pc on ebay for £600 but I have a feeling it is too good to be true

Specs:
- Ryzen 5 1600
- GTX 1060 6GB
- 16GB DDR4
- 1TB HDD
- NO SSD

Please let me know if I'm getting scammed or not, the PC is also collection so I need to to go the guy but I don't want to travel if he is trying to mug me.

If it's a used one, it is reasonably priced.
so before you go there, make sure you will be able to turn it on and see that it is what listed

3 reviews, 100% feedback and used pc, low reviews but the price seems decent

Is it possible to buy it right now for that price, or is it an auction and that's the current bid? If it's the latter, the final sell price will almost certainly be higher.
