wanted to buy a good rig for playing games and the cost would b 30k INR please suggest me a GOOD config

Note : mention things are to b purchased at local shops......

Things that i want under 30K
1) Processor
2) Mobo
3) GFX
4) RAM
5)anything that u can add 😀

Things that i have
1) Keyboard
2) Mouse (mx 518)
3) 22" LED (1920*1080)
4) 450W smps (if it fits wid ur config or add 1 separate smps as per required)
5) a simple cabinet with 3 fans....
6) Speakers.....



Please guys help me to suggest a good PC either it is AMD or INTEL im confused which 1 to get.
and i m a kind of noob in this kind of stuff need experts reviews 😛........... Want to play DOTA 2 on at least medium and high mixed settings... and also some of 2013-2014 games like Crysis 3, Battlefield 4, Witcher II, Remember Me, Watch Dogs, Grand Theft Auto 5......... I know i m asking for a lot but please let me know u r suggestions they r really very very important to me... and i m dam serious abt it.


NOTE :
1) it would b great if u make 2 specs like 1 AMD and other Intel
2) i can go more abt 2-3k higher although i already had raised my funds frm 20k to 30k :|

dedicated gfx are not good for gaming you will barely able to play any good games with it keeping every settings low you may get upto 20fps with lots of lags and spikes...recent games are more GPU oriented rather than processor so for a gaming pc u can say that the gfx card should be the main priority other that your processor or ram but there is should be always a balance between everything or there will be a chance of bottlenecking...and for the 4 gb ram yes u can but if your get poor performence in games then either u have to buy another 4 gb or lower your gfx to match your ram ..
