Ultimately, your current setup is still essentially the 'top end' of consumer hardware. Not the 'latest and greatest', but definitely comparable to those that are.

The 980TI is still a great GPU. While the GTX 1080 is the best 'upgrade' you can do at the moment, if you can wait for the next release or two, I'd certainly recommend doing so.

Consider AMD too. Where nVidia launch their 'flagship', top of the line cards first, AMD have gone for the low-medium end to capture that market. I'm sure AMD have a top of the line offering too, and that should likely be announced relatively soon.

Replace the 980ti with a GTX1080 - that's the only element that you'll see any substantial improvements. You could SLI the 980ti, but you've answered 'no' to that, so I assume you're looking for a single card setup.

Nothing else really worthwhile (or cost effective) to upgrade.

Appreciate for your suggestion, Barty :)
Regarding your advice, i received unconfirmed news on GTX 1080Ti will be release in October- November, therefore, wonder if i should wait until then ?

Cheers

Even though you said 'no' to SLI, I would confirm that W3 works well in SLI (and of course not all games do). There are also some pretty good deals right now if you hunt:

Only other real option now is 1080.....though can always wait for 1080ti (do expect these to be VERY spendy for the first 3-6 months after a paper launch.....well well into 2017 for sure) as you have to go through the 'founders edition' time period, short supply, and finally better boards at normal stock levels and prices.
