Intel Core i7-9700F
ASUS ROG STRIX Z390-F
Patriot VIPER RGB 8x4GB DDR4 3200 ( white )
Asus ROG Strix - rtx - 2080Ti

I personally would go with the 10th Gen Intel over 9th Gen. For $30 on CPU you get the 10700 with is 8c/16t instead of the 8c/8t 9700F.

I would agree with the above.

You need to buy a good CPU cooler with either one.
