Hey Guys! :)
I have a PC ( GTX 1060, I5-3570, 16 GB DDR3 1600MHz Kingston Hyper X ram, 240GB SSD+ 2TB HDD, FSP Hyper M 500W PSU, Asus P8H61 motherboard, BeQuiet Pure Rock CPU fan ). I'd like to change it for a laptop which i could use in collage too. I read on the internet, that if a PC gets too hot, the FPS can drop up to 10 percent. Would my new laptop get too hot? If yes, an external fan could be a solution? The laptop i'm looking for: Lenovo IdeaPad Y910 GTX 1070 8GB, I7 6700HQ, 16GB DDR4 2133MHz ram, 128GB SSD+1TB HDD, 17,3" IPS FHD, or a HP Omen, GTX 1070 8GB, I7 7700HQ, 16GB DDR4 2400MHz, 500GB SSD+1TB HDD, 17,3" IPS FHD
Thank you for your answers! :)

Solution
The laptops CPU has a much higher thermal rating over a desktop CPU and as long as your not gaming on a blanket in the middle of the desert then your temps should be fine. Between the two I'd go for the HP as it has a slightly better CPU and larger SSD, just make sure to delete all the bloatware off it as it will slow down the system quite a bit later on.
Every computer is heat related. If it gets too hot it throttles down.
Buy a cheaper laptop and an external graphics card.

That way, you can game at home and use it as a normal laptop away, also it won't overheat like it will inside a laptop. And its a proper graphics card, but one that's been cut down for a laptop.

@ElectrO_90, It would defeat the purpose of a laptop if you had to carry around a laptop & external GPU enclosure, plus the 10XX "laptop" cards are full sized GPU's so realistically you could just create a custom fan profile with MSI Afterburner to keep temps down. If the OP is concerned about heat then a laptop cooling pad would be the next best option however as long as there using it on a hard, flat surface there should be no overheating.

@wildcard he said he wanted to use the laptop for uni, which means being portable yes, so I figured he wouldn't be gaming in the halls of where he is studying.
Most people game in their room rather than in public places.
So this solution allows for a different style of laptop, not running hot and a proper graphics card he can upgrade in the future. You have to remember, Laptops can't be upgraded. This can if he uses an eGPU
