Its alittle over budget but id definitely go for something like my build, its a solid build that will last you awhile.

intel has better temps, and cores dont matter in the cpu because games dont make use of more than 4 cores, if you can get a intel core-i5 4960k instead because of the multi threading and only a little extra cost.
