Gaming PC With No GPU £200

Hi, I would like to begin buying parts for a gaming PC but the GPU will be purchased next month so I would like to buy all the other parts apart from the GPU today, preferably, the budget for all the parts not including the GPU is £200. Just looking for any suggestions that have a good future upgrade route, actually thinking about AMD rather than Intel for CPU, but feel free to make your own suggestions and arguments for your CPU of choice.

CPU + board + RAM + case + PSU for 200£ is not really possible.
That's like XBOX / PS4 territory (and a tough to beat one)
