Solution
The Corsair "CX" line was built using some inferior Samxon capacitors that can't take heat and have been cited for early failure (see the badcaps.org forums). My first post lists some good alternatives. Post where you can buy so we can see the choices you have.
NO to the Coolermaster PSU; it is low-quality. The system as spec'ed now (before a graphics upgrade) would run on a good 300W-350W PSU, so what size you should get should depend on the graphics card you intend to get. A good 550W PSU (e.g. Seasonic, XFX, Antec, Rosewill Capstone, EVGA G2 or B2) would be good choices.

In terms of power yes, this is great! But I wouldnt get a 120 GB SSD, it fills up quick, maybe try and get a 240gb SSD.

Also for the PSU maybe get a EVGA 500B, I don't like that PSU and it's to much wattage.

Yes. Other than the Seasonic-built V series, most Coolermaster PSUs are low quality. I would not put one in my system, unless the only other choices were Apevia, Diablotek, and Logisys.
A 550W Rosewill Capstone would be an excellent choice, suitable for almost any single graphics card in the future.

would crossair cx 600 80plus bronze be better?. Gonna get 3 years waranty on the whole pc if something happens and im on a budget .

Yeah thank you onus, gonna go for the cx because it does well in reviews, gonna upgrade in it a year and make sure it gets enough air😀 idont have anymore cash to buy a better psu, and i have 3 years waranty so if the cx does damage i have my waranty on the whole computer. Thank you too newbbuilder11 gonna go for that ssd !

The "CX" ought to last at least a year, especially if you ensure it gets good airflow. Even if it fails, it has protection circuits so is not likely to damage attached parts. If the three-year warranty on the whole PC covers it, I'd say you're getting a good deal on that warranty.
The "CX" does indeed start out well. If you're more interested in the longevity issues, you can find comments on the badcaps.org forums.
