Gaming PC's I7 vs SSD

Hello, I'm building a gaming PC and was wondering whether I should get an 128Gb SSD or get i7 rather than i5. Which one is more worth i7 or SSD, btw my HDD is 1TB

If you are just doing gaming get the i5 and SSD.
If you plan to do some rendering or similar, get an Xeon 1231 v3 or similar, and you could still probably afford an SSD.

It's mainly a Gaming PC, so I guess installing OS On an SSD is better
