Gaming Performance - AC Syndicate

I am having issues running Assassins Creed Syndicate - No matter what settings I only get 40FPS. I am running it at 1920x1080 and I have 2 monitors if this affects anything.

GTX 970
I5 3330S
10Gb RAM
500W Power Supply

Unfortunately, not much can be done. The game is VERY cpu intensive and its probably maxing out your processor.
