Hi, i currently have a Intel G2020 processor and a Asus GTX 750 TI OC GPU. I mostly play counterstrike GO at 1080p. Currently i can turn the settings up fairly high with bilinear and no AA settings, this nets me an average of 80 fps. Do you think i would be able to max out CS GO at 1080p if i stepped up to a i5-3450 processor? Also i have 4gb of ram, i assume going to 8 will net me a few more FPS. Any input is great, thanks guys

Adding more ram will only help if you are multi tasking, more ram =/= more fps. Though about maxing out the settings, you could try to do that right now. To see if the cpu is slowing you down, play the game in windowed mode (still 1080p) and open Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Del) to see if you are using 100%-90% of your cpu.
