You have quite a capable system. The fact that you will be playing at 1360x768 will boost your performance even more. For the games you are playing, I say it's a very capable system, I would even say max settings in some.

Having 8GB of DDR3 RAM is kind of a must nowadays. Few games require 8GB of total system memory. In game stuuter sometimes can result from the lack of ram. A visual setting in games called "Texture Resolution", not only takes up vRam but also requires a lot of system Ram.

this is not true, 4gb is enough. 8gb it still is recommended, even gta v has as a minimum 4gb

If you want to play at the lowest in game settings, then 4GB might be enough, depending upon how many background tasks are active. Remember, when a game has "minimum" requirements, that is just to start up the game. These minimum requirements does not ensure that the game will run smoothly even at lowest settings with those components suggested as minimum requirements. The latest Call of Duty game, Advanced Warfare stutters terribly with anything less than 8GB and I can confirm that COD Advanced Warfare is un-playable with less than 8GB Ram. As I mentioned before, increasing certain settings in games not only requires more vRam but also requires more system Ram. One setting to watch out for is "Texture Resolution"

4gb is enough, especially with the games he listed, and 6 is more than 4, so he is fine.

It won't decrease performance as PCI-E 2.0 is still enough for most GPUs these days. You would only see a performace hit if you were to run a R9 295X2 or Titan X. In your case you should be fine, everything will work at the fullest capacity.

The difference in performance between PCIe 2.0 and 3.0 is less than 1 fps, so it amounts to more or less nothing. Which city in India are you from?
