AMD Phenom II X4 695 BE (will overclock to 4.0 or maybe higher
AsRock 970 PRO 3 R2.0 mobo
4 GB G.Skill Ripjaws 1600 ram(will add 8 when i can)
ASUS HD7770-2GD5 RadeonHD 7770 GHzEd 2GB GFX Card (will crossfire when i can)
and a 700wat psu.
Q1: Is the psu enough for the upgrades i wish to do?
Q2: What kinda frames will i get on games like GTA 4 , Far cry 3, etc.
(running 1440x900)(with and without Camtasia recorder)
Q3: Is there any better options in the build for that to stay at the same cost.

Looks like there is quite a room for improvement there. Will you tell me what your budget is, as that might help me suggest a better build for you for similar price. I am pretty good at that stuff.

About 650 including the case, i do wish to crossfire later on to get the most performance so if giving a different mobo, please leave 2 pci-express x16 slots, (and prefferably 4 ram slots i intended to max that motherboard out)
:)

For 650 dollars, this build should be the best. It is just a beast for 650 dollars so go for it blindly. It would serve you good.

Ive already got windows 7 64 bit os so ill save some money ^_^ (but thats going into the case then)
Or should i upgrade the video card as much as i can and go with a 40$ case and add lights instead of 80?

Okay, so since you have already got an OS, go for this build then, the i5 is much more powerful than the 6300, and also go for this case, it is just 10 dollars more than the ThermalTake one (though the thermaltake one looked awesome but it is personal choice) so this build should be fine for your needs :
