Hey guys. I am planning to build a custom PC for 3D rendering & Gaming.
Softwares which I work on are: Autodesk Revit, Autocad and 3ds Max.
So far I have been able to pick the below mentioned parts:

CPU: i7 4790k
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA Z97 HD3
PSU: Corsair RM450
GPU: Zotac GTX 960 4GB
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master 212x
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB
Case: Corsair 400R (Mid tower)

Any suggestions regarding this build will be highly appreciated.
TIA

Gaming and rendering wise with a hefty OC you should be pumping fairly close to the i7 with a better graphics card pumping better gaming performance, sacrifice a little gain a lot?

I am not looking to overclock the cpu. Just buying the 4790k for the higher clock speed.
Which mobo would you suggest? I was looking at Asrock H97 Killer.
I am trying to save money on the mobo and maybe get a better GPU.
