Gaming Rig (approx. $1300, 2xGTX 460 SLI?)

Hello, I am planning on purchasing a new PC next month. I have made my mind on the parts of my future gaming rig, but would like to hear your comments, opinions and suggestions as well:

MB:
GB P55A UD5 /P55/LGA1156

CPU:
I5-750 /2.66GHZ/8M/BOX/LGA1156

GPU(great confusion):
ASUS(because of the voltage tweak) EAH5850/2DIS/1GD5 or 2xGTX 460 768MB SLI or 2xGTX 460 1GB SLI...Which of these three SVGAs should I go for?

HDD:
1024GB WD SATA3 /64MB

RAM:
2x2GB DDR3 1600 HYPER X KINGSTON

Case:

PARTS PREFERENCES: Intel CPU

OVERCLOCKING: Of course

SLI OR CROSSFIRE: Definitely

MONITOR RESOLUTION: 1920x1080 (currently, but I am planning on buying a new monitor, too.
Would you recommend me one?)

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: Case - nice looking, having a good ventilation; PSU - stable and quiet.

Recommendations:

Motherboard - ASUS P7P55D-E Pro
Graphics cards - Go for the GTX 460 768 MB SLI, pretty sure at 1920 x 1080 768 MB is big enough in terms of frame buffer.
PSU - 650W is enough, I'd go for the Corsair HX650W if possible.

Thank you for your suggestion. As far as the ASUS P7P55D-E Pro is concerned, I have read quite discouraging reviews on http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131621. Could you recommend me a Gigabyte Mobo? Wouldn't GB P55A UD5 be a wise choice?

Won't the x8/x8 speed of the motherboard bottleneck his GTX 460s, especially if he goes for the 1GB ones? And I'm not sure a 650W PSU is enough for 2 1GB GTX 460s, especially if he overclocks everything...

x8 will only bottlekneck an oced 5970

the 650 one i mentioned can handle 2 5870'/s oced and an i7 oced to 4ghz and still run at it's maximum efficiency

a GOOD 650 will be able to handle his build. And the x8 speed is like a 2% bottleneck on a GTX 480. I'm sure it will run a gtx 460 at max speed.
