Gaming Rig decides to start acting up after a year. HELP!

So made a video to detail the whole issue. Please help as this is very frustrating.
Specs: FX-8350 OC- (4.5Ghz)
16GB Gskill Ripjaw
R9270x GPU
GIGABYTE 990FXA-UD3
Corsair 600w PSU

It might be your PSU not giving enough power/going bad, or it's your motherboard since something must have changed your OC settings.

If you have Corsair CX - PSU can be issue, this series are not good for OC gaming rigs.
And after a year your PSU most liekly degrade and decrees power quality, tray CPU stock speeds.
