Gaming Rig for 65k RS INR

I want to build a gaming rig to play games like GTA V, COD AW and many other upcoming games!

My budget is 65krs inr can expand 1-3k not more than that.
I already have a cabinet CM Scout 2 and a monitor so suggest me other parts alone
